SBA LOAN PAYDOWN IS DUE SEPTEMBER 1st.
Many Unit Owners have already paid this Assessment for which we thank them. For those who haven't, please send your check for the third payment this year, in the amount of $108.95, payable to Pelican Pointe of Sebastian II, to our office at 5885 Marina Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958. Please put your unit Number and its address on the check and mark it SBA#3. Thank you very much for your cooperation in your Association's efforts to make our payments as stipulated in the Association's Loan Agreements with the SBA.
The second meeting of the Appraisers with the Umpire in the formal Appraisal Process with our Insurer, Empire Indemnity Insurance Co. is scheduled for August 23, 2006. Let us all pray for a timely and fair settlement for the Association from this important meeting.
Work at Pelican Pointe ii continues at a steady pace and we are pushing to get more displaced Unit Owners back into their Units as soon as possible.
