NOTICE FOR PP II OWNERS WHO RENT THEIR UNITS
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PP II
HAS DECIDED TO CARRY OUT A TRIAL THIS YEAR
WHERE RENTERS WHO HAVE RENTED A UNIT AT PP II IN PRIOR YEARS WILL NOT BE CHARGED
A RENTER'S REFERENCE FEE AS HAS BEEN
THE PRACTICE THROUGHOUT THE PAST YEARS.
WE WILL STILL NEED A COPY OF THE RENTAL
LEASE AND WHEN THE RENTAL TENANT ARRIVES
THEY MUST FILL OUT A FORM AT THE OFFICE TO
OBTAIN A CURRENT CAR STICKER.
IF THIS WORKS OUT THIS YEAR THE BOARD PLANS
TO CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE IN THE FUTURE.

FOR ANY WORK THAT MUST BE DONE ON AN EMERGENCY
BASIS, e.g. PLUMBING LEAKS IN ASSOCIATION PIPING, ROOFING LEAKS, AND CLEAR SAFETY ISSUES.
ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LET US KNOW IN WRITING, WITH
YOUR SIGNATURE, IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR E-MAIL,
AND ADDRESS AWAY FROM PELICAN POINTE (IF YOU HAVE ONE), LISTED IN THE ANNUAL DIRECTORY FOR 2011.
AND IN THE RECORDS OF YOUR ASSOCIATION. THIS IS DUE
TO A NEW FLORIDA STATUTE WHICH HAS BEEN PUT IN
PLACE THIS YEAR. MOST PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LISTING THEIR E-MAIL IN THE DIRECTORY IN THE PAST AND THIS IS A GOOD WAY FOR RESIDENTS TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ONE ANOTHER, SO WE URGE YOU TO TO DO SO IN 2011.
